I am currently representing 5 key clients in the IT into Banking market, all of different sizes and style of work.

From a major player with over 50 recruitment consultants to an established yet growing consultancy with 10 recruitment consultants.

Their commission schemes vary and most pay over 40% after a certain bracket of billing.
