Responsibilities:

  • This position will mostly manage secretarial administrations, secretarial services, travel arrangement, filing management, correspondence, distributing information through the use of telephones, fax, mail or e-mail, call operator and receptionist.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in secretary or any related studies.
  • Female, age maximum 30 years old.
  • Having at least 1 year working experience in secretary (handle phone calls operator, ticketing, minutes meeting, etc)
  • Must be good at computers, Open office & internet.
  • Good written and verbal skills in English is a must
  • Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, work independently, eager to work hard, high integrity in handle confidential information.
  • Willing to work in Beji – Pasuruan.
  • Having knowledge in Immigration's document is an advantage.
