Management Consultant for the National Programme Community Empowerment Rural (PNPM independent Rural) requires Consultants with the position and requirements as follows:

Position:

   1. Specialist Dishbursment and Budget Controller (DISH): Education S-1 Energy Economics / Management / Accounting, work experience 8 years with experience relevant to five years
   2. Specialist Management Information System (MIS): Education S-1 Engineering / Management Information / Computer, work experience 10 years with experience relevant to seven years

Requirements:

    * Have experience and knowledge in community empowerment, and / or having worked in community empowerment programs / courses similar
    * Strong managerial and facilitation of a good society, the development of regional economy, law and legislation and management of rural development.
    * Having a good attitude and behavior, are able to facilitate and cooperate with Government agencies
    * Willing to travel intensively
    * Able to operate computer and internet
