Responsibilities:


Develop test plan based on customer/product requirements.
Study test coverage/FMEA on ICT.
Develop functional testers.
Qualify testers in production.
Perform Product failure analysis.

Requirements:
Degree in Electronic Engineering.
At least 3-8 years of working experience in Test Development.
Working knowledge of C programming.
Working knowledge of PC communication such as GPIB, RS 232 and USB.
Working knowledge of digital and analog electronics.
Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
Ready to work in Batam, Indonesia

Job Description

MTA-Long Island Rail Road is currently recruiting for a dynamic and innovative Engineer-Signal Design. You would be responsible for the design of efficient, modern signaling which is a key factor to improved train operations. Your responsibilities would include: managing a Signal Design Group including project tracking, account and estimate preparation; providing direction for signal design consultants and vendors; developing and keeping current standard design procedures and materials; developing signaling concepts with other departments to ensure design product meets requirements; providing support for prompt repair and revision of existing signal system including emergency conditions; providing support for installation and cutover of new signal systems; participating in framing and implementing the improvements to rail road signaling technology and efficiency; providing technical support for procurement of material and services; ensuring efficient concepts are used in signaling projects and rolling stock is compatible with the signal system; selecting, developing and motivating employees within your section. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; recent, progressively responsible directly related signal system design experience; extensive knowledge of engineering principles as they apply to signal systems; experience managing a staff; knowledge of signal fundamentals, including equipment applications, design concepts and processes.
